WSJ. Magazine, September 2017: Les Grands Verres Opens at Palais de Tokyo, Paris

Breaking the news of Quixotic Projects‘ newest endeavor, Les Grands Verres in Paris’ Palais de Tokyo, meant so much to me because it meant announcing the news that chef Preston Miller–who was a line cook and sous chef at the Breslin Bar & Dining Room when I was a waitress there–is helming a major restaurant in a French cultural institution. I always had a hunch this guy was going places (and it feels good to be proven right). The project is stunning and stunningly ambitious. Read about it here & click on image to expand:
